What happens at checkout
Checkout submits your order request for our review. It does not capture an online card payment and is not automatic acceptance of a sale. We contact you to confirm the details and availability. Please do not send card data, payment passwords or bank login credentials through any site field or email.
Payment after acceptance
After accepting the request, we provide real merchant instructions for manual bank transfer. Payment is due within 7 calendar days of acceptance. Verify the instructions with us using the contact details below if anything appears unexpected. We do not publish bank details here or claim instant transfer verification.
Changes and cancellation
You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund, with no cancellation fee. Contact us with your reference. If payment has not arrived by the deadline, we may close the request after contacting you; do not make a late transfer without reconfirming availability.
Refunds and problems
Approved refunds are processed to the original method within 7 business days after return inspection or accepted defect evidence.
