These terms apply to requests for combs and hairdressing capes for delivery within the contiguous 48 United States and DC. By submitting a request you confirm that you can enter a purchase arrangement and that the supplied contact and delivery details are accurate.
Products and choosing a format
Each product page states its selling unit, material, dimensions, construction and care. Prices are for one comb or one cape as indicated, not a complete salon kit. Compare a comb’s tooth spacing to its task and a cape’s dimensions to the required coverage. Screen color and fabric folds may differ; the written product specification identifies the offer. Keep products away from hot tools and follow their care instructions.
Prices, tax and delivery
All totals are USD and include any applicable sales tax. Shipping costs $7.95 per order or $0.00 from $90.00 of merchandise. Preparation is 1–2 business days and transit 3–6 business days: 4–8 total after acceptance and cleared payment. See Shipping & delivery for excluded destinations, timing and delays.
Requests and acceptance
A submitted request is reviewed before acceptance. We contact you to confirm details, quantity availability and manual bank-transfer instructions. No online payment is captured and receipt of a reference is not a promise that goods have dispatched. Payment is due within 7 calendar days of acceptance. If an error or availability problem is found, we explain it and do not substitute a different product without agreement.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel before dispatch without a cancellation fee. For an eligible preference return, notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery and hand the parcel over within 14 days after notice. Used combs or capes are not eligible for preference returns. A preference label is $6.95 and restocking is $0.00; defective or wrong goods receive a free label and appropriate remedy. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection or accepted defect evidence. See Returns & refunds for full conditions.
Appropriate use and rights
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, impersonate another customer or submit another person’s data without authority. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights. Colorado law governs to the extent permitted, without removing protections that applicable law gives the buyer. We make no promise of suitability for a purpose not stated in the product description.
