Information we receive
Checkout asks for your name, email, street address, city, state and ZIP code, plus cart products and quantities. We also retain your order reference, submitted request and necessary security/session information. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send. Do not provide payment passwords, full card data or sensitive personal information unrelated to the request.
How we use it
We use these records to review requests, confirm availability and delivery details, provide payment instructions after acceptance, handle returns, answer questions and protect the site from misuse. We do not enroll you in marketing, sell your information or run advertising or analytics trackers at launch.

Essential site-scoped cookies support the cart, secure form session and your explicit cookie choice. Your cart lasts up to 30 days and the checkout session has a 120-minute idle limit. How long we retain information
Order requests are retained for up to 24 months. Abandoned server drafts and carts expire after 30 days; security logs, if held, expire after 30 days. Session records expire after 120 minutes of inactivity. Necessary legal or accounting holds can require keeping specific records longer; we explain a relevant hold rather than promise automatic erasure of required evidence. Backups, if held, expire within 30 days after active deletion.
Access, correction and deletion
Email [email protected] with your order reference and the request. We proportionately verify identity and respond within 30 calendar days. You can ask about access, correction or deletion and any rights available under applicable US or Colorado law; eligibility depends on the law and circumstances. We do not imply every privacy statute applies to every transaction. We remove optional records and explain any necessary exception.
Security and children
We limit access to order records and use secure sessions and protected order handling, but no online service is risk-free.
