Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations and PO boxes are excluded. Check your street address and ZIP code before submitting your request.
One clear delivery charge
Shipping is $7.95 per order, or free when the merchandise subtotal is $90.00 or more. The threshold is calculated after any actual discount and excludes shipping. Product prices and delivery charges include any applicable sales tax. No additional tax is added at checkout.
Preparation, transit and total time
Allow 1–2 business days for preparation and 3–6 business days in transit: 4–8 business days in total. Preparation starts the next business day after we accept your request and payment clears. Transit starts at dispatch. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays; these are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Confirmation and delays
Submitting checkout sends an order request. We contact you to confirm the details, availability and payment instructions before acceptance. If the expected schedule changes before payment, we explain the revised timing. If you decline revised terms, you may cancel; any payment for an unshipped cancelled order is refunded in full.
Address changes and delivery problems
Contact us with your order reference promptly if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, send your reference and a description. Keep packaging and photographs of damage where possible. We investigate and explain the available replacement or refund route without requiring you to waive applicable rights.
